DELIVERY

UK standard delivery £4 – Deliveries take 2-4 working days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

UK express delivery £5- Deliveries take 1-3 working days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

Blackburn- Free collection is available- please enter “COLLECTION” code at checkout. 

International delivery:

£8- Northern Ireland

£10- Europe
£15- USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia 

International Deliveries can take between 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

RETURNS

We accept returns for an exchange only. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please complete the “Contact us” form detailing your refund before sending back your items. If 10 days have passed we will not accept the return for an exchange. All returns must be received unwashed and unworn- failure to do so will result in an exchange being rejected. Postage is to be covered by the customer for exchange of goods. We advise to use a suitable tracking service for returning your items back to us, and lost parcels will not be reimbursed.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, this can be exchanged or refunded. Please return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Postage will be covered by London Collection for faulty items (maximum £4 postage to be refunded)

You may notify us of damaged goods via the “contact us” form on our home page, a member of our team will respond within 24 hours.

All refunds are paid back via same payment method used to place the order within 3-5 days.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SALE ITEMS.
